Emulation Architect

Zero ASIC is seeking an emulation architect to drive the development of our next-generation digital twin chiplet cloud based emulation solution. This is a highly challenging but rewarding full-stack assignment that requires deep expertise in digital/analog simulation, emulation architectures, scheduling algorithms, API development, operating systems, and cloud computing.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of our chiplet emulation/prototyping platform (https://emulation.zeroasic.com/emulation)

• Lead the development of the open source Switchboard project (github.com/zeroasiccorp/switchboard)

• Interact with customers and incorporate feedback into the software platform

• Mentor and provide technical leadership to engineering teams

Requirements

• BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field

• 5+ years of hands-on experience (professional and/or relevant academic research) in electronic design automation software development

• Outstanding programming skills (Verilog, Python, C++, …)

• Strong grasp of networking concepts (buffering, queuing, scheduling, standards, protocols, drivers)

• First principle understanding of electronics (analog and digital)

• Experience in shipping software products

• Experience in leading technical projects
